Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the Congress. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither UDIA, the Congress Secretariat or the Organising Committee will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.
All tea breaks and lunches will be served amongst the exhibition. The organisers recognise that some delegates may have special dietary needs. Please advise the Congress Secretariat either via the registration form or in writing should you wish for them to make alternative arrangements on your behalf. Requirements advised less than 72 hours prior to the commencement of the Congress cannot be guaranteed. Please note some dietary requirements may incur additional charge
In registering for the UDIA 2012 Congress relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, UDIA, EECW Pty Ltd and other parties directly related to the Congress. Located only 12 km north east from the heart of Perth, shuttle buses operate between the airports, Perth city and Fremantle. Hire cars and taxis are easily available.
